They are honest sellers. The product I received was just as described, I love it.

Ordered Neuros 20 GB player on March 8, received the player on the 15th. It was well packed and in excellent condition. During the order I was updated via email of the status of the order and was giving tracking number when it was shipped. Excellent customer service and a great product. Will buy from again.

I ordered this on a Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend (Monday was MLK day). It arrived Tuesday. Amazingly fast shipping and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I found, even used on ebay.
