Q: During the synch process I get a message that says: Runtime Error '399': Component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registerted: a file is missing or invalid.

A: MSWINSCK.OCX is the winsock control module used in Visual Basic applications to add the functionality of socket programming. It is not a critical component, and can generally be removed without any adverse effects. Apparently, some Windows optimizer utilities will remove it.
